Berkeley House is a little piece of history right in the heart of Kenilworth. The site dates back to at least 1742 and in 2014 it was given a new lease of life. As a family owned and run site, we are dedicated to providing the best in office, retail and event space as well as business services.

With exciting plans to develop this historic site to offer the best in modern event space, Berkeley House will continue to be a fixture of the Kenilworth business and social scene.
